FACULTY PROFILE
Mr. Javeed Ahmad Raina joined this college on 11 December 2021 as Assistant Professor (English). Before this, he had been teaching English subject in the school Education Department since 2009. Educated at the University of Kashmir for his M.A, Mr. Javeed qualified JKSET twice in 2016 & 2018.
Mr. Javeed has authored more than 20 Research papers, published in various UGC approved Journals across the globe. He has presented five papers in national and international conferences held at Kashmir University, Punjab University, Chandigarh and the Cluster University Srinagar. He has also published 4 book chapters with Infogain publishers, New Delhi and has Co-authored a book- Recent Trends in Humanities and Social Sciences. Mr. Javeed has participated and attended 12 workshops, short online/offline courses and quiz competitions. He has 20 citations across the globe with 110000 (one lac. Ten thousand) reads on Researchgate and Google scholar sites with an approximate research interest of 219 and 144 recommendations.
He presently teaches English Literature, General English, English Language and Communicative English to B. G 1st 3rd 4th and 6th semester students. He is also recommended & empanelled by IGNOU as Academic Counsellor for the academic session 2022.
